Due to the California Health Code, Rainbow Depot does not accept returns or exchanges of undergarments, clothing, body jewelry or sexual aids (supplements, adult toys, and/or lubrication). Rainbow Depot honors exchanges for all other unworn clothing unless otherwise stated in the product's description at the time of purchase.

We offer "store credit" for all returns for refund.

• Important instructions - Fill out and submit the form below. We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and address to return it. Return your package and attention it to the RMA Department. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. All return for refunds will be processed within 30 days. All return for replacements will be processed within 2-3 business days.

• Please note that returns without an RMA number marked clearly outside the box will be refused.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• All refunds are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

• If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by us or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without charging you a shipping charge and the postage you paid to return the product back to us, up to $5.00, in the form of a gift certificate for you to redeem next time you shop with us.. All returns back to us should be shipped with a carrier that will issue a tracking number to ensure that we receive it back.

• Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it (less shipping). Rainbow Depot will not accept any returns after 30 days.
