Packages shipped to anywhere in the west coast should arrive earlier than scheduled. Order processing time includes payment verification, time to process your invoice and pack your order.
*We tried to have stock on all products. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive a notice that your order is on backorder. Backorder usually ship out of our warehouse 3-7 days after the order is placed. Transit time will vary according to what shipping method was selected.
If you chose OVERNIGHT as your shipping option, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your package the following day. Please refer to the chart above for more information.

Deliveries not made in time due to weather conditions or events out of the control of RainbowDepot, Federal Express, USPS are not subject to shipping refunds.
All orders over $100.00 are automatically insured.
During the months of June, July, November and December please add 72 business hours to the delivery time due to the volume of orders we receive.
