To set up a wholesale account, please print out the resellers/wholesale application and fax the form and your resellers permit to 1-951-346-3660 (if your business is located in California, you will need to print out the tax exempt form and fax that back along with your resellers permit).
Once we receive these documents faxed to us and your account is approved, we will contact you with wholesale login information. This process typically takes up to 2 business days. If you do not hear from us after this period of time, please contact us. We reserve the right to set-up or decline wholesale accounts.
