Order Process Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Cards: Mastercard and Visa
  • Debit Cards: Mastercard and Visa
  • Gift Cards: Mastercard and Visa
  • PayPal*

*Orders paid through PayPal with ECheck are held until the ECheck clears.  This can take up to 2 weeks. Please check PayPal’s policies regarding this.

Items in stock

We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times.  However, due to the unique nature of our goods and the remote areas where many of them are handcrafted, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery on items not in stock at the time of your order.  If an item is not in stock your order may or may not go on back order.  This is determined if the manufacture/distributor has an item in stock and we can get the product within 3 weeks (we do not back order Wholesale orders).  If we are not able to get the item that is out of stock within 3 weeks, we will ship the other item(s) on your order.  You can check the status of your order by clicking MY ACCOUNT and view the status of your order or simply call us toll free at 866-828-5314. We always happy to assist you. 

Items Made to Order

The following items are made to order; Buttons, Magnets, Mugs/Cups, Key Chains, Mouse pads, License Frames/Plates, Clothing with images.  We process these items on Tuesdays and Fridays and are shipped out after they are produced.  Orders with large quantities (100+) please allow 3-4 additional days for production and delivery.

Insurance
For orders in excess of $100, we ship insured.  For such orders, you agree to be compensated only by insurance in the event of loss or damage during shipment, and you will not perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss from us.

In the event your order is damaged in transit, do not throw away any packing materials, including the outer carton, as this will void any claim.  Damage claims must be reported to us within three business days of receiving your shipment, or your claim will be deemed invalid.

Proof of Delivery
UNLESS you check the “Signature Required” box on your order, your order will be shipped on a “Signature Released” basis, and the carrier may leave the package, if no one is present at your shipping address.  The carrier has discretion to leave or not leave a package.  If you are sending a package as a gift, please let the recipient know something is coming, so they can watch for it.

UNLESS you check the “Signature Required” box on your order, you hereby agree that we may successfully dispute and defend against any chargeback or other claim of non-delivery made by you with proof of delivery, not “Signature Required”.

If “Signature Required” is indicated for your order, you thereby authorize us to charge the additional carrier “Signature Required” charges to your order, which will be charged to your credit card as a separate transaction from the shipping charge

If “Signature Required” is not selected for your order, we reserve the right to require a signature for the shipment.

Chargebacks through Credit Card Companies

Your credit card will be charged by The Flying Monkee, LLC.  We reserve the right to check your account for fraudulent charges and chargeback purchases.  We may refuse orders from accounts showing fraudulent charges or one or more chargebacks.

If you chargeback, and we prevail, you agree that we will charge your card the chargeback fee that was charged by the issuing bank to us.  An unauthorized chargeback is unlawful, and we may file a report with appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Our Order Process Terms can change with or without notice or posting.
