Domestic Shipping


Domestic orders (USA and US territories) Please allow up to (3-5) business days to process your order and allow up to ten (10) business days for your order to arrive, starting from the date of shipment. Occasionally issues beyond the shipping company's control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address - INCLUDING placing a new order if the order with the incomplete/incorrect address was delivered by the carrier.  If we reship an order due to inaccurate shipping address entered during check-out, you will BE CHARGED a new shipping fee.

You will receive shipment tracking information via E-Mail when your order ships. If this shipment confirmation is not received and your E-Mail uses bulk mail or spam filtering, ensure that you are accepting E-Mails from:  [email protected]

Shipping Rates are based on weight and to your location.  We offer

shipping through the USPS (postal) and FedEx.  When you add an item to

the cart the shipping rates are calculated based on your location (zip

code).   We do not control the rate the shipping company charges.

International Shipping


International orders (outside of the USA): Please allow up to (2) business days to process your order and allow up to twenty (30) business days for your order to arrive, starting from the date of shipment. Occasionally issues beyond the shipping company's control,  such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address.

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on imported shipments. These fees are not enforced by us, and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These fees (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary for the release of your shipment; please check with your local post office for more information. We are required to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments, and are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker or claim it as a gift.

We are not responsible for packages held by customs. Customers are solely responsible to be aware of and fully comply by all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our website. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us. To minimize cases of fraud, international orders may take additional processing time while we verify your payment method information. In some cases Customer Service may contact international customers and require that they provide additional means of authorization before an order can be shipped.

SHIPPING BY POSTAL MAIL
You will receive a tracking number from us once the order is shipped.  This tracking will provide tracking to the US CUSTOM LOCALLY. From here it will be transferred to GLOBAL POST.  Global Post will deliver the shipment to CUSTOMS of your country.  Once cleared, it will be transferred to your country postal service and scheduled for delivery to you.  You can follow the Global Tracking by going to:  https://www.goglobalpost.com/t... enter the tracking number we provided.

If you selected FedEx, you will be able to track the package through FedEx.com
