The term "lithsexual" — also called akoisexual or akoinesexual) — refers to a person who experiences sexual attraction, but has their feelings fade if reciprocated. These terms can also describe someone who does not care or want their feelings reciprocated. Some folks who identify as such explain it as preferring to give sexual pleasure to another than to receive sexual pleasure.
